What changes to billing?
Nothing has changed in terms of invoicing. As a customer, your invoices will still be sent to you by Silverfin NV. Payments must be made to the same bank account. Your accounting and banking back-end systems do not require any changes.
Do I need to set up a new contract?
There is no need to set up a new contract. Silverfin NV is always the contracting party, depending on your company’s location.
Will prices increase?
Silverfin rates are indexed on an annual basis. This mechanism will be maintained.
Will CSM and support services change?
No. Since its creation, Silverfin has made it a point of honor to satisfy its customers’ needs. So you’ll continue to enjoy top-quality service from our Support and Customer Success teams.
As we are now part of a group that also has the Yuki solution, a potential competitor to the software used by customers, can customers request additional reports or official documents to guarantee the protection of their data?
At Silverfin, we treat our customers’ data with the utmost care. Data security and confidentiality have always been an essential component of our application development and design strategy. Our philosophy remains unchanged. Silverfin remains committed to its contractual obligations and has no intention of sharing customer information with other Visma Group companies..
Now that we’re part of the Visma Group, will Silverfin be less involved in our synchronization processes with other software?
The synchronization process of other Visma Group companies will not be given preferential treatment, and that of non-Visma companies will not be delayed under any circumstances. Our main and only concern is to integrate accounting data as seamlessly as possible into your Silverfin environment.
Will the roadmap be extended to integrate other Visma and Silverfin software?
We have yet to decide how best to exploit the synergies within the Visma group.
Are you planning to change your product investment strategy?
No, we will continue to invest in the Lux product and provide the same quality service to our customers.
Does this change the strategy for Luxembourg?
