Aleisha Hales appointed Head of UK & Ireland at Silverfin

Aleisha Hales, Head of UK & Ireland
2min Read

We’re pleased to announce that Aleisha Hales has been appointed Head of UK&I at Silverfin, taking on responsibility for the growth and performance of our business across the UK and Ireland.

Aleisha has been with Silverfin for five years, most recently leading our UK Customer Success team, where she’s helped accounting firms navigate their digital transformation journeys and get real value from the platform.

Before joining Silverfin UK, Aleisha built a strong foundation in the profession. She qualified as an accountant through ACCA, working in practice at firms including Williams Giles (now Xeinadin South) and McCabe Ford Williams. She then moved into the SaaS side of accounting technology as a Partner Consultant at Xero, where she managed strategic projects for accounting partners and mentored consulting team members.

It’s this combination – hands-on accounting experience, deep knowledge of what firms actually need and five years of working closely with Silverfin UK customers – that makes Aleisha a natural fit for the role.

As Head of UK&I, Aleisha will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading our sales and customer success teams, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for one of Silverfin’s key markets.

The UK and Ireland market represents a significant opportunity for Silverfin. With over 1,000 firms already using the platform globally – including all Big 4 – we’re well positioned to help more UK and Irish firms move away from manual, error-prone processes and towards a more connected, efficient way of working.

We’re excited to see Aleisha lead that charge.

Congratulations, Aleisha – here’s to the next chapter!
