This page contains the current version of the Silverfin Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which governs the processing of personal data carried out by Silverfin on behalf of its customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The DPA applies where Silverfin acts as a data processor. By entering into a commercial agreement with Silverfin, customers accept the terms of this DPA.
