The accounts production process for clients within Deloitte’s Private business had previously relied on time-consuming manual methods, which no longer met the expectations around speed, accuracy and efficiency.

My role focuses on identifying potential solutions, testing whether they deliver genuine value to Deloitte, and then supporting their rollout across the firm. Finding a platform that could be adopted consistently by multiple teams, without friction, was a key requirement.
Deloitte Ireland needed a solution that would allow financial statements to be prepared more quickly, accurately and at scale. Data plays a central role in professional services, and being able to access, analyse and interpret client data efficiently is essential to delivering meaningful insight. We were looking for a technology partner that could support this at pace and across a growing client base.
