Et c\u2019est justement cette efficacit\u00e9 accrue qui pose probl\u00e8me pour le mod\u00e8le de facturation \u00e0 l\u2019heure. Suite \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation, pas mal de choses vont beaucoup plus vite qu\u2019avant et donc le nombre d\u2019heures \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer diminue.<\/p>\n<p>Et ce d\u00e9veloppement n\u2019est pas pr\u00eat de s\u2019arr\u00eater. Et ira m\u00eame plus loin, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 ne cessera de cro\u00eetre, suite \u00e0 l&#8217;impact persistant des nouvelles technologies. Aujourd\u2019hui, je le fais en 8 heures, au m\u00eame prix. Pour ce prix, le client b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un service de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure et les heures gagn\u00e9es sont consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 du travail utile pour d&#8217;autres clients. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Les avantages de la tarification en fonction de la valeur<\/h5>\n<p>Ici, Spoelstra \u00e9voque le \u2018value based pricing\u2019 ou la tarification en fonction de la valeur. Dans ce mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique, la valeur cr\u00e9\u00e9e d\u00e9termine le montant final et non le nombre d\u2019heures prest\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution de facturation par heure vers la forme de value pricing est une tendance qui s&#8217;affirme de plus en plus. Ce mod\u00e8le offre plus de possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019augmentation des prix. Pour beaucoup, c\u2019est s\u00fbrement une bonne nouvelle, mais certains ont des doutes sur le value pricing.
