obligations under the SaaS agreement (\u201c<strong>Agreement<\/strong>\u201d) &#8211; in particular with regard to data uploaded or otherwise entered on the Silverfin platform (See in this respect Section 7.3 of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/silverfin.com\/terms-of-use\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Use<\/a>) &#8211; the customer will be considered the data controller for the processing and Silverfin the data processor (or the data sub-processor if the Customer is considered the data processor).\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
