Challenges Deloitte addressed with Silverfin<\/h3>\n

The accounts production process for clients within Deloitte\u2019s Private business had previously relied on time-consuming manual methods, which no longer met the expectations around speed, accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was important to identify a solution that would work for multiple teams and that everyone could get behind”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

My role focuses on identifying potential solutions, testing whether they deliver genuine value to Deloitte, and then supporting their rollout across the firm. Finding a platform that could be adopted consistently by multiple teams, without friction, was a key requirement.<\/p>\n

Deloitte Ireland needed a solution that would allow financial statements to be prepared more quickly, accurately and at scale. Data plays a central role in professional services, and being able to access, analyse and interpret client data efficiently is essential to delivering meaningful insight. We were looking for a technology partner that could support this at pace and across a growing client base.<\/p>\n

Over a number of months, we reviewed several tools on the market to identify the right fit \u2014 one that could support a more streamlined and reliable accounts production process for our Deloitte Private clients.<\/p>\n
