UK<\/strong><\/h2>
What happens with billing?<\/strong><\/h5>

No changes will be made to our billing practices. As a customer you will continue to receive your invoices from Silverfin Nv. Invoices are still to be paid to the same familiar bank accounts. No changes are needed in your back end bookkeeping nor banking systems.<\/p>

Will I need a new contract?<\/strong><\/h5>

No new contract is needed. Silverfin Nv remains as your contracting party.<\/p>

Will prices go up?<\/strong><\/h5>

Silverfin list prices are reviewed on a yearly basis. Our approach will continue to be consistent. We incorporate macro-economic factors like inflation into our reviews, however we overwhelmingly assess these decisions on the basis of how much progress we’ve made with Silverfin. You should continue to expect list prices to change as we provide increased value, which you will see and be benefitting from.<\/p>

Will CSM and support services change?<\/strong><\/h5>

No. Customer satisfaction is something we care about a lot at Silverfin, since day one. As a customer, you will be able to rely on the same high quality level of services from both our customer support and customer success teams.<\/p>

Are there any changes to data security and privacy?<\/strong><\/h5>

At Silverfin we handle our customers’ data with care. Data security and data privacy has always been a crucial part of our development and application. This focus will not shift.<\/p>

Will Silverfin now be less committed to certain software synchronisations now that you are part of the Visma group?<\/strong><\/h5>

No. At Silverfin we value every synchronisation (syncs) equally and we like to maintain our neutral position in the UK accounting landscape. Other Visma companies’ synchronisation won\u2019t get a special treatment, nor will non Visma companies’ synchronisations be pushed backwards. Our focus is to get bookkeeping data as seamlessly as possible into your Silverfin environment.<\/p>

Will your investment in product change or will roadmaps be impacted?<\/strong><\/h5>

Silverfin will continue to invest in the UK product and provide the same great service to our customers. We will investigate the future opportunities of being able to do even more, even better in this space<\/p>

What does this mean for your approach to the UK?<\/strong><\/h5>

The general strategy for the UK does not change. Silverfin will continue to invest in the product and provide the same great service to our customers while continuing to focus on growing in the region.<\/p>

Visma doesn\u2019t have much of a presence in the UK – is that a good thing or a bad thing?<\/strong><\/h5>

The short answer for our UK customers is that it\u2019s a good thing. The success Silverfin has had with our UK customers is one of the strategic highlights called out by Visma and they are keen to support our growth in the UK.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
